How do we determine a cost for my home?
We need to know as much as we can about your dreams and goals for your project and what you’d like to accomplish. We’ll talk about any specific material preferences, fixtures, or appliances you would like to use. We’ll use that information to formulate the cost for your project and find a solution that works best for you
If the scope of the project changes during construction, how do you determine the additional fees?
We provide you with an estimate of the cost of the change. This cost is determined by estimating actual costs of the materials, labor, and any subcontractors, and adding the same percentages for the architectural and construction fees as was used on the base contract.
How long will it take to design and build my home/building?
Can you provide references?
Not only can I give you references but I can typically show you examples of my work that may be similar to your project.
Do you have experience building a home like the one I am proposing?
Are you licensed and insured?
Can you recommend an architect?
